- Identify unsafe acts and conditions, and recommend immediate corrective actions.

Professional Requirements
- Solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental practices in industrial and oil & gas sectors.
- Previous experience on petrochemical or plant projects, preferably under SABIC standards.
- Ability to read, understand, and implement safety procedures, risk assessments, and method statements.
- Strong communication skills to instruct workers and report findings clearly.
- High level of alertness, discipline, and attention to detail on site.
- Capability to work independently while coordinating with multiple teams.
- Relevant safety certifications and hands-on field experience as a Safety Officer.
